Aaron Goldstein

Head of Russia and CIS Business Development, International Listings at NYSE Euronext . Mr. Goldstein is based in London within the International Listings, at NYSE Euronext. He is responsible for developing NYSE Euronext's business in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and CIS. The International Listings team helps potential listed companies and their advisers to make an informed decision on NYSE Euronext and makes introductions to the American and European based community of investors in order to facilitate an effective listing process.

Mr. Goldstein worked in London as an investment banker with several financial institutions concentrating primarily on Russia and CIS. Mr. Goldstein has also practiced securities law and international finance law in New York and London.

               

Marcus Sultzer

Mr. Sultzer is the General Director of EquityStory RS since its foundation in the end of 2008. EquityStory RS is the Russian subsidiary of EquityStory AG, market leader for Online Investor Relations in the German speaking region. He joined EquityStory Group in 2007 as Executive Assistant to the CEO. In this function he went along and managed a lot of projects in close cooperation with the holding’s board which prepared him for his current job in Moscow. Before working at EquityStory Group, Mr. Sultzer ran his own business for consulting of sports companies and worked as Account Executive at a Premium Online Service Provider.

               

Alexander Boreyko

IR Director, Evraz Group

Alexander Boreyko previously worked as International and Investor Relations Director of VimpelCom (Beeline). Before joining VimpelCom in June 2007, Alexander worked as Investor Relations Director of Sitronics, playing an important role in the Sitronics IPO on the London Stock Exchange in February 2007. Before that he was an editor of the Technology / Telecommunications section of the Russian business daily newspaper Vedomosti, which he joined in 2001 as a reporter.
Alexander was born in Moscow in 1977 and graduated from the Economics Department of Moscow State University (MGU) with a degree in Mathematical Economics in 1998. In 1999 Alexander graduated from the Journalism Department of MGU with a degree in Business Journalism. He also completed postgraduate studies at Moscow Institute for Electronic Technique (MIET) in 2003. In 2000 he completed a Reuters/Wincott Fellowship Program for business journalists in Oxford, UK.

               
Alexandre Bykov

Alexandre Bykov is a leading Corporate Communications specialist.
Alexandre has been providing business consulting (including IR advice) to European companies during last 10 years.
Alexandre has been working with Bloomberg, PwC, British Standards Institution; representing PR Newswire in Eastern Europe at the moment.
               

Masha Eliseeva

Ms. M. Eliseeva was born in Moscow June 29, 1981; and in 2003 graduated from the State University of Management as an anti-crisis manager.

In 2001 – 2002 she was training and certification expert with control and licensing division of the Russian National Association of Securities Market Participants (NAUFOR). In 2002-2003 she was depositary practice expert in CJSC Reserve Investment and Financial Company. She started her career in investors’ relations in Vimm-Bill-Dunn Food, where she successively held positions of head’s assistant, manager and senior IR manager. Since 2006 until August 2010 she was IR Director in JSC COMSTAR-UTS.

In September 2010 Maria Eliseeva was appointed Rostelecom’s IR Director.

               
Gennady Krasovsky

Gennady Krasovsky has over 9 years experience on oil & gas issues in Russia and CIS states. In early 1996 he joined the Energy Intelligence Group and worked in Moscow-based division of Nefte Compass. From 1997-1998 Mr. Krasovsky was working as petrochemical and oil & gas analyst for the brokerage house Rye, Man and Gore Securities. In 1998 he joined the monthly advisory publication Russian Petroleum Investor, focusing on oil & gas issues of Caspian region. In 1999-2002 he covered oil & gas sector for NIKoil’s banking group. At present Mr. Krasovsky keeps position of Deputy head of investment analysis, Head of IR in LUKOIL.
               

Stanislav Martyushev

CEO of Interfax Business Service, specializing in investor relations services and consulting.

He has more than 12 years of experience in the Russian financial market and is one of Russia's prominent financial analysts. His publications and regular speeches at Russian and international forums embrace the development of investor relations, information disclosure and asset management.

               

Dmitry Riabykh

CEO, Senior Consultant

He has 17 years of working experience in the field of financial analysis and planning. The author of a number of methodological and software developments that have had a significant influence on the concept of financial planning in Russia and CIS countries. In 1993–1998 he directed the creation and development of Project Expert and Audit Expert software products, and since 2004 till now — Alt-Invest software. Dmitry is the author and editor in chief of the Corporate Management internet project.

He guides the most complex and challenging projects of the Alt-Invest Company. Conducts regular and corporate seminars: The Practice of Commercial Evaluation of Investment Projects (about 20 seminars per year). Dmitry is in the editorial board of the Consultant magazine, a member of the Investment Policy Committee of the Russian Federation Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Co-author of books: The Practice of Financial Diagnosis and Projects Evaluation and Business Plan on the Computer. He edited the translations of foreign books on finance and management: Reinventing the CFO: How Financial Managers Can Transform Their Roles and Add Greater Value; CFO Insides, Accenture; Principles of Project Finance; and others.

               

Alexander Tolkach

Alexander Tolkach works at DTEK, Ukraine as Director for External Affairs.

During 2004-2010 he headed the communications block (IR, PR, international affairs and advertising) in Mechel OAO (NYSE: MTL), including participation in organizing and conducting of two IPO`s and one SPO at the New York Stock Exchange.

Alexander also supervised the negotiation on acquisition of a number of foreign assets.

Before 2004 he held diplomatic posts in Russia's Foreign Ministry.

 

Tom Blackwell
 
Tom has had more than 10 years experience working in the Russian and CIS markets. Prior to joining M: to head up the firm's Russian operations, Tom worked for PBN as Managing Director of its Moscow office. Tom had particular responsibility for the development of the firm's financial communications practice group. He advised on a number of Russian IPOs such as Exillon Energy, Human Stem Cell Institute, M.video, Bank St Petersburg, MMK and Raspadskaya, as well as high-profile M&A such as Pepsi - Lebedyansky and Enel - OGK-5. Prior to joining PBN, Tom worked for three years at the Adam Smith Institute as Director of Research for Russia and the CIS, with a particular focus on energy, metals and mining and the financial sector. Tom is a fluent Russian speaker.
