Third Russian IR Forum will take place on September 24, 2010 in Moscow at the MICEX Conference Hall. The Organizer of the Forum is the Institute for Development of Financial Markets, the exclusive representative of the British Investor Relations Society (London, UK) in Russia and CIS countries.

The Forum will gather leading specialists of the Russian IR community: heads of IR departments, vice-presidents for corporate communications, heads of corporate governance, strategic development, financial directors, IR project managers, corporate secretaries and experts from consulting agencies.

The Forum program includes topical sessions, expert discussions, and exclusive presentations given by representatives of federal agencies, the most respected and well-known representatives of the IR community, largest Russian and Western companies, as well as investment banks and leading media companies.

Plenary and topical sessions of the Third Russian IR Forum will address such issues as specific character of IR work with Russian investors, IR in the areas most affected by the crisis, IR steps of companies going through debt restructuring. Special attention will be paid to information disclosure issues, efficiency of internal communications at various management structures and positions of the IR block within the company. Speakers are also going to talk about prospects of IR profession standardizing, issues of IR specialist training, analysts’ and investors’ view on Russian issuers’ IR, as well as global IR best practices.

The IR Forum is the biggest annual event in Russia devoted to financial communications and building relations with investors.
